If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or receive the replacement.
We have a 60-days return policy and 45-days refund policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Order Cancelation Policy
Most orders will ship the same day or within one business day. If you contact us before shipment of your order, you may cancel your order.
If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel your order. You may return it within 30 days.
If for some reason you refuse the delivery and your order is returned back to us, you will be refunded the total price of the product.
If the shipping address that you originally provided to us is an undeliverable address, and your package is returned to us, you can be credited with the total price of the product. Alternatively, we can reship the product to you once we update your shipping address or shipping method, however, you will be charged extra for the shipping expense.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
